Common questions
How do I know which size to order?
Measure a garment you already own and like the fit of, then message us those numbers on WhatsApp. Our pieces are made in short runs, so the fit can vary slightly between runs and we would rather tell you than have you guess.
Can I pay when the parcel arrives?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available island-wide and most of our customers use it. You can also pay by card or bank transfer at checkout if you prefer.
What if it does not fit?
Message us within 14 days and we will arrange an exchange, as long as the piece is unworn with the tags still on. Tell us the size you need and we will check it is in stock before you send anything back.
Do you restock something once it sells out?
Sometimes, but not always. We make in short runs, so a piece you like today may not come back. If you want to be told when something returns, message us the product name and we will keep a note.
Do you take bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes, for bridal parties, offices and events. Email us with roughly how many pieces and when you need them, and we will tell you what is realistic.
